Our Mission

The Jr. J-Hawk Youth Baseball Organization is a non-profit organization that provides youth baseball players, ages 6-14, the opportunity to participate in competitive baseball. The mission of our program is to teach the fundamentals of baseball, hustle and work ethic, and to teach player integrity, discipline, sportsmanship, and team unity.  By effectively teaching these items, we will not only produce better players and better teams, but we will also teach our players valuable life skills.  We truly believe our purpose extends much further than producing great baseball players and winning teams.  We are investing in our youth.

Check out our current sponsors or learn more about sponsorship opportunities! One of the realities of playing competitive baseball, is it can be very costly for players to participate. Player fees are charged to each player to cover costs associated with league and tournament fees, team equipment, insurance, gate fees, umpire fees, and organizational expenses such as field rental and maintenance. Sponsoring our organization can help reduce the player fees that have to go towards organizational expenses and instead put that money towards more play time for our teams!
